Spicery

     Baltic Pack, Ltd represents Austrian spicery company ALMI in the Baltic States – we distribute spicery for producing meat, fish and other food products. We work in this industry since 1997. And we also deliver food ingredients, technical mixtures and auxiliary materials for meat processing. Our clients are companies that appreciate the meaning of firm, common technology, qualities of pleasant taste and the demand for these products. Our clients have evaluated the starting cultures from BIOVITEC that are the main formers of cold cured sausage taste.
